Instruction Breakdown

This estimate is at $40/hour, a competitive price for private instruction.

Supplies Breakdown

This is a modest estimate that you'd only use 15 staples and pieces of shaped cane during the three days of camp. So this estimate could easily be higher in actuality.

Then Consider...

Your instructor has 20 years experience making oboe reeds and currently produces about 1,000 reeds a year. That's a lot of reed making.  Then consider the percentage of relief you'll feel once you can start making your own reeds work better for you.
